The 2026 solar and lunar eclipses are approaching. This update introduces new eclipse tools and a clearer interface to help you understand when, where, and how to observe them. *Lunar and Solar Eclipses* Explore eclipses in more detail with three new viewing modes, plus several refinements: - Focus: Preview eclipse appearance and colors with realistic, minute-by-minute animations. - Map: See which regions of Earth will experience full or partial visibility. - AR: Visualize the eclipse path in the sky and check for potential obstructions. - More precise and visually refined eclipse previews. - New dynamic countdown to the next eclipse in the details view. - Redesigned eclipse details for better legibility and performance. *Redesigned Interface* With the help of Liquid Glass, we have given even more space to the app’s content, while keeping key features easy to reach: - Moon Names and Traditions, Supermoons, Micromoons, and Eclipses are now part of the main UI, with a dynamic indicator for quick access. - Compass is now always visible. - Layers are always accessible at the top of the screen. - Improved layout on larger displays. - Redesigned onboarding experience.
